While polishing , the compressed air will be used as the driving power and the glass beads be the media , and then shot the surfaces of the component in high pressure and speed to achieve the cleaning and improve the machining precision by shot-blasting and finishing processes.

Blasting Glass Beads
• It take a compressed gas as the power to form a high-speed jet to shoot beads on surface of workpiece that causes change on surface and shape of the workpiece. Due to the glass beads` impact to the surface, it makes the surface a certain of cleanness and different roughness.
• It improves the mechanical properties of surface so as to enhance the fatigue resistance of workpiece.
• It provides with parts-surface a controllable rough surface to increase the adhesion with the paints, to extend the durability of the paints and it is also benefit to the flow and decoration of the paints.
